3. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimers

You acknowledge that:

• You use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk
• We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOALA COLLEGE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koala College from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of others.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your account and data.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.

15. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Koala College. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
